Machine Health Dashboard
The Machine Health Dashboard is your primary working view for rotating equipment. It combines three charts that show fleet-wide alarm trends with a filterable table for day-to-day operational triage.

Machine Alarm Status Trend Chart
The Alarm Status Trend chart is a time-series line chart showing how many machines were in each alarm state (Alarm, Acknowledged, Clear) on each day over the selected date range. Use this chart to spot fleet-wide patterns — for example, a spike in alarm state machines after a process change, or a downward trend as alarms are worked off.
Each line corresponds to one alarm state:
| Line color | State |
|---|---|
| Red | Alarm |
| Yellow | Acknowledged |
| Green | Clear |
Use the date range control on the chart to adjust the lookback period — presets include the past week, month, year, or your entire deployment history.
Machine Alarm State Chart
The Machine Alarm State chart is a bar chart showing the current count of machines in each alarm state (Alarm, Acknowledged, Clear). Click a bar or its legend entry to filter the machine table below to that state.
Threshold Breaches Chart
The Threshold Breaches chart shows how many threshold crossing events occurred per machine over the selected time range, broken down by vibration axis. The axis labels (X, Y, Z) reflect the custom labels configured for your account under Account Settings.
Use this chart to identify machines with recurring or escalating threshold crossings. Click a bar to open a quick-edit panel where you can review and adjust that machine's threshold configuration (requires appropriate permissions).
Machine Table
Below the charts, the machine table lists machines filtered by the currently selected alarm state. The table title reflects the active filter (for example, "Machines in Alarm State").
Columns include:
- Machine name
- Facility and location
- Alarm status
- Days in current status
- Alarm status changed date
- X, Y, and Z vibration readings (labeled per your account's axis configuration)
- MAC address
Filtering and sorting
- Click a bar in the Machine Alarm State chart (or its legend) to switch which alarm state the table shows — Alarm, Acknowledged, or Clear.
- Click any column header to sort by that column. Sorting on Days in current status surfaces machines that have sat in an unresolved state the longest — a good proxy for alarms that have been overlooked.
- Right-click any column header, then hover over Columns to expand the full list of optional columns and check or uncheck which ones show in the current view.
Exporting
Use the table toolbar to export the current view to Excel (.xlsx). Each chart also has its own export control — select the overflow menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of a chart to view it full-screen or download it as PNG, JPEG, PDF, or SVG for reports and maintenance notes.
Opening a machine detail
Click any row to open the machine detail view. The detail view shows:
- Historical sensor readings across all metrics
- Spectrum Analysis (FFT) charts
- Sensor health data
- Alarm state history
Right-click a row to open the machine detail in a new browser tab.
Multi-site navigation
If your account spans multiple customer sites, use the site selector at the top of the page to switch between sites. Charts and the table update to reflect the selected site.
