Shoplogix IMS is the web application for the IMS platform. It gives you dashboards, alerts, asset management, and user administration — all in one place.

What You Can Do in Insights​

Asset Management​

View and manage every monitored asset in your facility:

  • Steam Traps — condition, sensor association, service tags, and failure history
  • Machines — alarm state, vibration history, and threshold configuration
  • Sensors (Eversensors) — current readings, installation status, and health state
  • Gateways (Evergateways) — online/offline status, connectivity metrics, and configuration

Steam Trap Dashboard​

Dedicated view for steam trap health across your facility:

  • Condition overview for all traps (Good, Blowthrough, Unexpected Cold, and more)
  • Steam on/off state indicators
  • Temperature timeseries charts
  • Unexpected cold event history
  • Cost of steam impact metrics
