Partner Integrations
Shoplogix IMS connects directly with third-party platforms so equipment events automatically trigger actions in your existing systems — no manual hand-off required.
Armstrong SAGE
Armstrong SAGE (Steam Asset Global Exchange) is a steam system management platform from Armstrong International. The Shoplogix integration automatically creates work orders in SAGE when a steam trap state change is detected, closing the loop between detection and maintenance dispatch.
How It Works
- The platform detects a steam trap state change (e.g., a trap goes from Good to Suspected Blowthrough)
- The platform automatically submits a work order to Armstrong SAGE
- The work order is tracked through to completion
Work Order Lifecycle
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Work order submitted; awaiting confirmation from SAGE |
| Complete | SAGE confirmed receipt and the order is in their system |
| Failed | Delivery to SAGE failed; available for review and manual retry |
What's Included in a Work Order
Each work order includes the asset ID, partner-specific asset identifiers, and the full event details from the detected state change — giving your field team everything they need to act.
Requirements
The Armstrong SAGE integration requires:
- An active Armstrong SAGE account
- Integration credentials configured by your Shoplogix account team
- Steam traps in Shoplogix IMS linked to their corresponding SAGE asset identifiers
Contact your Shoplogix account team to enable and configure this integration.
Custom Webhook Integrations
If you use a CMMS, SCADA system, or custom dashboard that accepts HTTP webhooks, you can connect it to Shoplogix events directly. See Webhooks for setup instructions.
MQTT-Based Integrations
For OT systems and edge platforms that communicate via MQTT, see MQTT Streaming.
